The BBB’s Center For Character Ethics is looking for “a few good leaders” who know that business is much more than dollars and cents. We are looking for 10-15 leaders who want to invest in growing/maintaining an organization of trust, both internally and in the marketplace. Is this you?
In 4 professionally facilitated, 2 hour, luncheon meetings over the next 9 months, these leaders will come together in the 2011 EthicalEnterprisingSM Forum to:
1. Share best practices in developing a culture that supports growing great people and good performance
2. Self-assess their own character and share implications with peers
3. Better diagnose organizational character issues and gain ideas on appropriate actions to build high character cultures
4. Assess their individual organizations according to an EthicalEnterpriseSM framework and share improvement ideas
Included, at your own business site, there will be an opportunity to review organizational issues and the implementation of new practices with our facilitator, Tom Heffner, President of CompassUSA.
Your seat at the table for the 4 meetings including lunch, take-away tools, and on-site review is a tax deductable donation to the BBB’s Education Foundation of $750.
The meeting schedule, 11:30AM to 1:30PM, is March 31, June 2, August 25, and November 10 of 2011.
